    Grubly's first version was SMS-based ordering, not an app. Cheaper to ship, easier for kitchen staff to adopt, and it told us within weeks whether the demand was real.

    eventRAFT launched without analytics for the first six months. We added them only when actual organizers asked. Six months of real event data told us more about what to build next than any planning session would have.

Yes, that's most of our business. We use our own products to prove out approaches, then apply what worked to client builds. If one of these is close to what you need, starting from that experience cuts both cost and risk.
They did their job: they taught us what not to build. One was acquired, several are still in production, and the rest were retired once we'd learned what we needed. We'd rather sunset a product honestly than keep it on life support.
Building our own products and building for clients are two different muscles. The products test ideas without a client's constraints. Client work takes those lessons and applies them to real commercial pressure, tighter timelines, and someone else's risk tolerance. Each one makes the other better.
