Where RaftLabs is engaged to design, build, or deliver custom software, applications, or related services for a client, the specific terms of that engagement, including ownership, licensing, and payment, are governed by the applicable signed statement of work or services agreement, which takes precedence over these Terms for that engagement.

4. No Warranty.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

5. Limitation of Liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Raft Media Systems Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
