We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in hiring, recruitment, and day-to-day HR operations, including payroll management. This role is crucial to maintaining a smooth and efficient HR function within the organization.
Key responsibilities
End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordinating interviews.
Manage onboarding and exit processes.
Handle payroll processing and related documentation.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Coordinate day-to-day HR activities (attendance, leaves, compliance).
Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication.
Ensure adherence to HR policies and legal compliance.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of relevant HR experience.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR operations.
Familiarity with payroll software/tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
