## Engagement Model

- **Fixed price per project** — scope and cost agreed upfront, no mid-build surprises
- **Milestone-based payments** — you pay as working software is delivered, not in advance
- **14-day zero-obligation start** — if we are not the right fit in the first two weeks, you walk away at no cost
- **Code ownership** — full source code transferred at handoff, no ongoing licence fees
- **Timeline** — prototype in 3 weeks, production launch in 12 weeks (typical)

### Minimum Viable Product (MVP)
- **Price:** USD 10,000 – 20,000
- **Timeline:** 6–8 weeks
- **Includes:** 1–2 core features, mobile app and/or web app, AI development option, simple design, defined scope and timeline

### Full-Featured Product
- **Price:** USD 20,000 – 40,000
- **Timeline:** 10–16 weeks (3–5 months)
